¶ Overview
The people who ran Camp Jefferson before the war left a trail of holotapes behind them: committee reports, private logs, warnings, and recordings of the test subjects themselves. There are 26 holotapes to find, and together they tell the story of what really happened in the facility.
Holotapes are listed below in the order the player is likely to find them, grouped by the section of the walkthrough they appear in.

Dolores carries this holotape, but the player will only get it by killing Dolores and looting it, along with the rest of the gear Dolores would otherwise have handed over.

A second copy of the Evacuation Warning can also be found back in the Army Base Hall, not far from the stage.

Hold on to this one. If Dolores is still alive, the player can give it this holotape at the end of the quest in the Army Base Hall, and will receive the Atom Splitter as a reward.
