This is continued from the Weapons Training section of Fever Dreams.
Shortly after entering, the player will suffer another FEV attack and wake up in a pre-war Super Duper Mart behind the counter in the pharmacy area.
The pharmacist, and the player's spouse, will be with them and speak to the player about an incident that apparently just happened - Nora (or the player) had passed out in the Super Duper Mart and they were helped to see the closest thing to a doctor in the building in the back and just found out she was pregnant.
The conversation will play out differently depending on which character the player is playing as, and where they are in the main questline of the game - as it will reference the player’s state with Shaun.
After the conversation, the player will suffer another FEV attack and the screen will once more flash to white.
The player will awaken on the floor in another part of the fake Super Duper Mart. As they stand up with an animation, they'll hear a mix of supermarket announcements and a Super Duper Mart jingle coming over loud speakers.
The player is given the objective to find the second dose of the Antiviral, with an objective marker pointing at the exit door. When the player gets close to it, they will comment on it and the objective will update to find a way to open those doors.
Next a phone will ring, and the player will receive an optional objective to answer it.
The player can answer the phone; if they do, their spouse will be on the other end and remind them which items they need from the market. The player will then get a new objective for each of the specific items with no markers - the goal is for them to look around the store and find them.
If the player gets stuck on not advancing an objective for a long time, the phone will ring and the spouse will be on the other end with a new hint.
After the player has the items, or if they already had them in their inventory from exploring previously, if they had an objective for them, it completes.
Next, the player will need to find a service bell near a back area and ring it. The bell will be on a counter looking into a back employee area with a door next to it. Upon ringing the bell, a series of Feral Ghouls will emerge from various markers and charge the player. The player will receive an objective to deal with the customers. One of them will be wearing a Super Duper Mart shirt.
If the player kills all of the Ferals, other than the special shirted version, the objective will update telling the player to check out, and the Employee Ghoul will wander to the back counter near the bell.
If the player kills the Employee Ghoul, their spouse will call with a hint they shouldn’t have done so. The player can ring the bell again for another go. The Ghouls in this section are set to periodically be despawned to prevent performance problems if the player chooses to force this repeatedly.
After the Employee Ghoul makes it to the counter, the player can interact with the counter near the register to “check out”. Doing so completes the check out and Super Duper Mart door objectives, and opens the exit door so the player can proceed to the Pump Rooms.
