This quest starts after the player has had Jason Extract at least 3 mods.
Jason will send the player to a base of enemies on another planet to retrieve a Volatile Materials Permit.
Once the player loots the quest item from the facility, the objective will update to return the permit to Jason.
After handing the permit to Jason, he will reward the player with a McClarence Pack and the quest will complete.
This will also unlock the ability to Extract Mods from packs, and Install Mods to them.
After the player has had Jason extract at least 12 total mods from items, the next quest will begin.
