After the player completes the quest "Bursting at the Seams", they will find additional shops in other locations.
All shops will have another Jason McClarence robot and Buster to interact with.
All shops share a legendary module database, meaning players can extract from any location and install at any other location if they like.
Jason doesn't explicitly state how, but implies he's dealing with some less than legal technology to "be in two places at the same time".
