Using the Legendary Extraction services on enough items will trigger Jason McClarence to invent new Legendary effects. After reaching a threshold, the next time the player speaks to Jason, they will be handed item(s) with the corresponding new legendary effect applied to them.
The below table lists the number of extracted items required to hit the threshold, and data about the unlocked legendary.
